Return & Refund

Please read carefully before placing an order.

Important: We accept returns only if the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Returns for change of mind, style preference, or “did not like” are not accepted.

1. When returns are accepted

A return or replacement may be approved only when:

  • The product arrived physically damaged (broken, bent, stones missing, etc.).
  • The product has a manufacturing defect (faulty clasp, peeling, loose setting, etc.).
  • You received the wrong item or wrong quantity compared to your order.

In all other cases — including if you change your mind, ordered the wrong size/colour by mistake, or simply do not like the product — no return or refund will be provided.

2. When returns are NOT accepted

  • Change of mind or no longer want the product.
  • Product does not match your expectations in colour or style (screen colours may vary slightly).
  • Minor variations in artificial jewellery craftsmanship that are not defects.
  • Damage caused after delivery (drops, water, perfume, mishandling, or improper storage).
  • Products without original tags, pouch, or packaging.
  • Items marked as final sale (if applicable).

3. How to request a return

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp +91 98290 12345 or the Contact page.
  • Share your order ID, photos of the product, and photos/videos of the outer packaging.
  • An unboxing video is strongly recommended for faster approval.
  • Do not use or wear the product while the return request is under review.
  • Our team will verify the claim and respond within 2–3 business days.

4. Return pickup & condition

If approved, we will arrange reverse pickup or ask you to ship the item to our Jaipur address. The product must be returned in the same condition as received, with all tags, pouches, and packaging intact.

If the returned item shows signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing parts, the return may be rejected and the product sent back to you.

5. Refund or replacement

After we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • Replacement — if stock is available (preferred for defective/damaged items).
  • Refund to your original payment method via Razorpay, within 7–10 business days after approval.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was entirely on our side.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us immediately. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible — the return policy above applies after delivery.
