• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Prices and availability may change without notice.
• We strive for accuracy but errors may occur; we will contact you if an order cannot be fulfilled as listed.
• Artificial jewellery may use gold plating, kundan-style stones, and fashion materials as described on each product page.

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase; acceptance is confirmed after successful online payment.
• We accept online payments only via Razorpay (UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, wallets).
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
• Your email is verified via OTP before payment. Mobile number is collected for delivery contact only.
• You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery at the provided address.

Please refer to our Shipping Policy for dispatch times, delivery areas, and shipping charges. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to your address.
