1. Delivery areas
We currently deliver across India via trusted courier partners. Some remote or pin-code restricted areas may experience longer delivery times or may not be serviceable — we will contact you if your order cannot be shipped.
2. Dispatch time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
- Dispatch may take longer during festivals, sales, or high-volume periods.
- You will receive tracking details via SMS/WhatsApp once the order is shipped.
3. Delivery time
- Metro cities: approximately 3–5 business days after dispatch.
- Other locations: approximately 5–7 business days after dispatch.
- Actual delivery depends on courier partner and local conditions.
4. Shipping charges
- Free shipping on orders of ₹1,499 and above.
- Orders below ₹1,499: flat ₹99 shipping charge.
- Shipping charges are shown at checkout before you place the order.
5. Online payment
All orders must be paid online at checkout via Razorpay. We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and supported wallets. Cash on Delivery is not available.
6. Damaged in transit
If the outer packaging appears severely damaged, please record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours. See our Return Policy for the claims process.
